READY STOCK
- Goods are 100% in good condition.
- Prices are NOT negotiable
- Serious buyers ONLY. No back outs/exchange after confirmation
- First come first served basis.
- Item will be automatically released if buyer does not respond to invoice sent within 1 business day, so be sure to check your emails (especially your spam mails) after submitting your order form.
- Buyers are to bear all shipping cost (Refer to Shipping)
- We will not be held responsible for any loss/damage during shipping.
PRE ORDER SHOES
- All shoes are pre order unless stated it is ready stock. Pre order shoes will take roughly 4-5 weeks to reach PS-Lovely. Those who is not able to wait, please do not place your order.
- Stocks will be placed with our supplier only after 100% or full payment received from customer.
- Payment is not refundable within the stock pending period, but if order is out of stock, 100% payment will be refunded.
Payment Policy
- Full payment is required prior to delivery of goods (by postage) and restock of goods.
- Email of proofs of payment such as copy of successful transaction and reference number are required.
- In order to avoid confusion of transactions, we would also require buyer to clearly state the method of payment used and the date & time of payment.
Exchange Policy
- Exchange is only allowed if item received is defective or in the wrong color or size than the ordered item.
- Exchanging to another color is not allowed.
- All exchanges should be done within 7 working days.
- Should it exceed the stated working days, no exchange will be accepted.
- Exchange items should be in 100% good condition, not washed or worn.
- Any exchange done for personal reasons, buyer will bear the cost of postage.
